No Refunds/Cancellation/Postponement Policy For All Registrations

Once Paid, Registration Fees For SMAC Is Non-Refundable. If A Registrant Desires To Reschedule/Withdraw His Or Her Participation In A SMAC Spring/Summer Season, A Registration Is Transferable To A Future SMAC Spring/Summer Season Only. So Long As Registrant Provides Us With At Least Thirty (30) Days Written Or Electronic (Emailed) Notice Of The Desire To Transfer The Registration. The Start Of The Season Is Considered March 1 Each Year. All Transfer Requests Must Be Received By April 1st Of That Calendar Season. A Transfer Certificate Will Be Saved In Your Personal Record With SMAC In Value To The Dollar Amount Paid For The Original Registration. An Administrative Fee Of (US$100) Plus The Cost Of The Uniform(US$90.00) The Player Ordered(The Uniform Will Be Delivered Via USPS To The Address On File) Will Apply In The Event You Transfer Your SMAC Spring/Summer Season To A Future Calendar Season.

We Reserve The Right To Cancel Or Postpone A SMAC Season In Our Sole Discretion. If We Cancel Or Postpone A SMAC Season, We Will Use Reasonable Efforts To Reschedule The Cancelled Or Postponed SMAC Season Within Twelve (12) Months From Its Original Start Date. Registration Fees Paid By Registrants For A Cancelled Or Postponed SMAC Season Shall Be Applicable To The Rescheduled SMAC Season On A Dollar For Dollar Basis Only.

In The Event SMAC Elects Not To Reschedule The Cancelled SMAC Season, Registrant Will Be Offered A Refund. If This Occurs, Our Responsibility Is Limited To A Refund Of Any Registration Fee(S) Already Paid. SMAC Is Not Responsible For Airline Tickets, Hotels Costs, Other Tickets Or Payments, Or Any Similar Fee Penalties Or Related Or Unrelated Losses, Costs And/Or Expenses Registrant May Incur Or Have Incurred As A Result Of Any Trip Cancellations Or Changes.

Please Allow Thirty (30) Days For Us To Process Any Refunds Or Credit Changes. SMAC Tournament And Practice Dates And Locations Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice. SMAC Reserves The Right To Change Any And All Instructors For Each SMAC Season Without Notice. By Registering For A SMAC Season, You Acknowledge That SMAC Does Not Make Any Representation, Warranty, Or Guarantee As To Whether You Will Ultimately Attain Sufficient Understanding And Knowledge To Become A Better Basketball Player. Regardless Of Whether You Become A Better Basketball Player, Once Paid, The Registration Fee Becomes Non-Refundable. Any Right To A Refund Is Not Dependent On Whether You Become A Better Basketball Player.
